Below is a list of the most common questions that we get asked before we start a project or any type of relationship. Our goal is to make sure we are as transparent as possible. Before we can start any project you will need to book a short discovery call to be sure we are the right fit for each other. During the discovery call, we will discuss your needs and go over how we can help optimize and grow your business, while making sure to provide you the most value. Most discovery calls only take about 15-20mins.
Once we fully understand your requirements, we will provide you with a project proposal. If you have a specific deadline please communicate that to us as early as possible so we can do our best to accommodate your project.
After you have given written approval of the proposal, we will then send you a contract to be signed. Once we received the signed contract and project deposit we can begin your project. The average time this process takes can range from 1-4 weeks. This all depends on how fast you are able to respond and how much details are involved.
We limit the number of clients we onboard each month to ensure we don't sacrifice the quality of our service..
Unfortunately, there are too many factors that can affect the timeline of a project to give a general estimate. In our experience, these things generally include: additions and/or changes to the initial project guidelines, client response time, and holidays.
After we work together to fully outline the details of your project, we can provide you with a time estimate.
For most projects, you will be invoiced a 30% deposit to kick things off, after that we move to monthly invoices with net 15.
We like to keep a structured schedule so that we are respecting our client’s time and our team members lives. We are available Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm PST.
Except weekends or holidays, you can usually expect a response within 1 business day.
For systems we monitor and manage, we provide 24/7 support. We do everything in our control to make sure you are always up and running 24/7 365.
